NEW IN: BLOOMTIME

Zalando | FIlm Direction

Bloom Time was developed as part of a scalable “New In” format, designed to spotlight emerging trends through repeatable visual assets that could be reproduced monthly without complex set builds.

Supporting and shaping the creative direction, the focus was stripped back to essentials: a clean white backdrop and styling-led composition. As video began outperforming static content, I introduced a motion concept built around overlapping gestures and layered transitions, creating rhythm and visual flow without increasing production scale.

In collaboration with a CGI/motion artist, subtle digital interventions added depth and dimension, elevating the simplicity into something contemporary and dynamic. I directed on set and supervised the edit to ensure clarity, pacing, and consistency across executions.

This director’s cut captures the most expressive moments: sharp silhouettes, kinetic layering, and a confident modern energy, transforming trend communication into a format that is both efficient and visually distinctive.
