As Senior Beauty Art Director, I co-shaped a new visual direction for Zalando Beauty - moving from product-heavy imagery toward a more tactile, sensory expression of makeup and skincare, centered on texture, luminosity, and skin.

I led monthly campaigns to refresh the Beauty homepage, balancing commercial clarity with aspirational softness. Alongside this, I built a reusable visual library and introduced updated guidelines to ensure consistency across the year.

This campaign was one of the first expressions of the new visual direction, introducing its tone and texture across the Beauty homepage.
